Equisoft is always searching for new talent! As Sales Director: APAC, you will help us build up our APAC presence. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new business opportunities for our insurance and wealth management software solutions amongst financial institutions. Your main goal will be to penetrate the Asia market to drive rapid and sustainable growth. If you enjoy a good challenge, send us your resume!

A Day In Your Life

  • Effectively execute our go-to-market strategy in the Asia market
  • Actively seek out and prioritize new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and prospects
  • Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and demos fitting the client’s needs
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events
  • Negotiate/close deals
  • Expand and maintain effective knowledge of markets, competition, products and strategies

Must-Haves

  • 10+ years of previous Sales Manager (or similar title) experience in the APAC Insurance and Wealth Management sector
  • Experience must relate to multiple-country prospecting
  • Extensive network of Asian financial institution (preferably life insurance industry) connects at senior management level
  • Flexibility to travel (up to 50%)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Proven track record for ability to drive new Sales
  • Knowledge of financial industry software tools – Front end and Back end solutions
  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Aptitude in delivering effective software presentations and demos
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
