Robert Héroux

Leveraging over three decades of global experience at IBM where he has held several executive positions, Robert Héroux brings strong competencies in business strategy, sales, marketing, business development, strategic partnerships and business governance. Since 2013, he is the Founder and CEO of expansio, a company that helps organizations in identifying growth opportunities, making the right strategic choices and optimising their commercial and human capital capabilities. He is also providing private executive coaching and training to several companies in many industries worldwide.
- In his last 16 years at IBM at the Global Corporate level, he has contributed to IBM strategic initiatives and projects like Routes-to-Market Strategies, Workforce Enablement, Cloud, Business Intelligence, and IBM Smarter Planet.
- As Chief Commercial Officer at Fresche Solutions, he has led an expert team responsible for helping clients leverage their IT investments on the IBM i platform, in addition to overseeing global sales, marketing, alliances, channels, business development, professional services and human resources.
- Robert has also served and continues to serve on multiple Board of Directors and Advisory Committees (such as Nomadis, Laserax, ESI Technologies, Fresche Solutions, TechnoMontréal and Association Québécoise des technologies), bringing strategic perspectives on commercial, human resources and governance issues.
- He is a graduate of École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HÉC Montréal).
