Equisoft Sells Altus Consulting to Accenture, Reinforces Commitment to UK Product Business

London, United Kingdom, March 4, 2025 - Equisoft has announced the sale of its Altus Consulting subsidiary to Accenture, while maintaining full ownership and commitment to its UK product business.

For our clients and partners, it's important to understand that this transaction exclusively involves the Altus Consulting business, which operated independently from our UK product operations. Equisoft UK Limited continues to own and develop its full suite of industry-leading solutions, including Equisoft/pay, Equisoft/transfer, Equisoft/trade and Pension Fusion, serving the life insurance, pension, and investment industries.

There will be no changes to the service we have always provided to our great partners. Our product delivery, development roadmap, and client relationships remain unchanged, and supported by the same dedicated team of professionals who have always served our UK market.

"We remain fully committed to our UK clients and continue to focus on delivering industry-leading products within the life insurance, pension and investment space," says Nick Meredith, UK Products Director. "There is still significant untapped potential for technology to innovate products and services in these sectors, and we're excited to continue driving that innovation forward."

Looking ahead, Equisoft UK Limited maintains its vision of technological advancement in the financial services sector.

For any questions about this transition, clients are encouraged to reach out to their usual Equisoft UK Limited contacts, who remain committed to ensuring continued success and partnership.
