BATH, United Kingdom, April 23rd, 2025 – Equisoft, a leading global provider of digital solutions for the insurance and wealth industries, has broadened Simon Richardson’s mandate as Vice President, MEA & APAC, to now include leadership of sales and account management in the UK and Europe. The strategic organizational restructure aims to accelerate regional growth and build on the momentum of Equisoft’s UK industry-leading solutions, such as Pension Fusion, along with the extensive insurance and wealth management offerings that have enjoyed global success. With over 40 clients already committed to Pension Fusion and over 150 clients in the UK, Equisoft is focusing upon opportunities to expand its footprint in the region.

Simon, who joined Equisoft in 2014, brings more than two decades of experience in IT and operational delivery in the insurance and wealth management sectors. Based in Equisoft’s Bath office, he will work closely with the local UK team whilst continuing to oversee sales and delivery in other core markets across the MEA and APAC region, working with his teams in South Africa and Australia.
